onyx is a global hospitality technology company offering payment services to hotels and travel agencies, including processing, consolidation, and recovery. as a leader in the market, many prospects seek out onyx and its sales team for guidance when exploring solutions, so it's imperative that team members are managing these contacts in an efficient and consistent manner.

my contribution
during covid, the hospitality market took a significant hit as travel plummeted. as business began ramping back up, the onyx team revisited the way it pursued prospects and this change meant the business development team needed a sales refresher. i collaborated with marketing and sales colleagues to outline sla requirements and other useful sales tactics.




this document is updated on a quarterly basis, and i'm excited to explore additional design elements for net-new pages, as the current iterations have been well-received by stakeholders.
